Invitation to Bid

Sealed bids are now being accepted, up to and including 10:00am on Thursday January 16, 2025, and will be publicly opened and read aloud at 10:00am on Thursday January 16, 2025, in the office of the Custer County Commissioners at 1010 Main Street. Miles City, MT 59301.

Bids may be submitted by mail to Custer County Commissioners at 1010 Main Street Suite 22, Miles City, Montana 59301.

Custer County Commissioners are accepting sealed bids for an 8 foot x 36 foot bumper pull Incident Command Trailer.

Interested parties may obtain a detailed specification sheet and bid documents by contacting DES Coordinator Cory Cheguis by phone 1-406-874-4024 or email c.cheguis@co.custer.mt.us with any questions and emailed copy of the specification sheet.

All sealed bids must be submitted to the Custer County Commissioner’s Office by the deadline of January 16, 2025 by 10:00am, all bids must be marked on the outside of the envelope” Incident Command Trailer Bid”

The Board of County Commissioners reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive irregularities, or to accept any bid they deem to be in the best interest of Custer County.
