NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
Notice of intent to increase charges for the Miles City Area Solid Waste Disposal District, Custer County, Montana (pursuant to Section 7-13-232, MCA, determination of service charge).
Notice is hereby given that the Miles City Area Solid Waste Disposal District, Custer County, Montana at a Special Board Meeting to be held on June 27, 2024 from 5:30pm to 6:30pm in the Custer County Conference Room, to allow for public comment ( Pursuant to Section 7-1-4131, MCA, Public Hearing).
The Miles City Area Solid Waste Disposal District Board will be considering passage of Resolution 2024-101 to increase the rates for the Miles City Area Solid Waste Disposal District, Custer County, Montana.

The following are the proposed rate changes:
Annual Assessment per unit
Present Rate – $62.00
FY25 Proposed Rate- $90.00
FY26 Proposed Rate- $100.00
FY 27 Proposed Rate- $1100.00
