Approval of Floodplain Variance #25-FPV-01 from the Custer County Floodplain Regulations § 10.3(1) to deviate from the requirement that the lowest floor of the building must be two (2) feet above the Base Flood Elevation (ARM 36.15.701(3)) required for a Substantial Improvement of an existing pre-FIRM structure.
